Tolerances and load values are indicative and should be confirmed with our Trade Desk before purchase for any structural or safety-critical application. Products, Pricing and Orders

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and stock availability may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, and an order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock shortage or suspected misuse, and to refund any amount paid for it.

Payment

Payment must be made through the methods listed on the website or in our quotation or invoice. Goods may be held back until full payment, or the agreed advance, is received. For trade and bulk customers, any credit terms must be agreed in writing in advance. Delayed payments may attract interest or lead to suspension of supply.

Dispatch and Delivery

Dispatch timelines (for example, 24 to 48 hours from our Bhayandar East facility) are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times depend on the destination, the courier or transporter and conditions beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier. Please inspect the consignment on delivery and record any visible damage with the carrier at the time of receipt.

Returns, Replacement and Refunds

Please report damaged, defective or wrongly supplied goods within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and your order number, to support@powerstep.org. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Custom-cut, made-to-order or specially sourced items are non-returnable unless defective. Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Installation and Suitability

Our hardware must be installed by competent persons in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and applicable codes and standards. The buyer is responsible for checking that a product is suitable for their intended application, load and environment. POWERSTEP CO. is not liable for failure, damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation, overloading, modification, or use outside the stated specification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of POWERSTEP CO. for any claim relating to products or this website is limited to the value of the goods supplied in the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, project delay or downtime.
